Night
International Social Evening
New in Wrocław? Come meet people. I welcome everyone one by one, make the first introductions and keep quieter people from disappearing into the wallpaper. Then the evening can breathe on its own.
You don't need another checklist of attractions. You need a good night, a few people worth meeting and a local who can say: “Come on. I know a place.”
These are recurring open events — not one-off private parties. Come alone or bring someone. Each format comes back regularly, and you simply book the edition that works for you.
You don't need an invitation or your own group. Pick a format, choose one of the upcoming editions and reserve your place.
New in Wrocław? Come meet people. I welcome everyone one by one, make the first introductions and keep quieter people from disappearing into the wallpaper. Then the evening can breathe on its own.
The first edition is pool. Later this format can rotate through bowling, darts, axe throwing and other active games. The point stays the same: doing something together makes meeting people much easier.
We start somewhere easy, get to know the group, then move. Two places, a walking route, a backup plan and enough freedom to change direction when the better idea appears.
The formats repeat. This is simply the next run of dates. Open to anyone, but not walk-ins — reserve first so I can keep the groups small.
Hardcoded pilot schedule for now. On WordPress each recurring format can get its own page and booking flow; these dates and prices are placeholders until venues are confirmed. Food and drinks are separate unless a specific event says otherwise.
Travelling solo? New here? Your friend bailed? Fine. These nights are built so you don't need to arrive with your own social safety net.
One clear meeting point. I know who's coming. You don't have to scan a bar wondering whether the random table in the corner is “the group”.
No speech in front of eight strangers. I introduce people naturally and give the conversation somewhere easy to start.
I stay around, notice who's drifting out and help move things along when the energy gets stuck.
The event has a clear finish. If you want to keep going after that, cool. If you want help sorting a ride back, I can help organise it.
Not a list of monuments. More like the little decisions that make a night feel like it belongs to you.
A “famous” place is useless if the whole table has to shout.
Because the best stop is sometimes the one nobody planned.
The host stays sober. You do whatever makes your evening better.
You don't need a suitcase to meet new people or see your own city differently.

I've spent years around hotels, bars, events and international guests in the UK, Norway and Poland. The useful part isn't that I know hospitality. It's that I know how to read a room.
I like people, I ask questions and I notice the small stuff: who's standing alone, when a place is killing the conversation, when someone's uncomfortable, and when the plan should change before it becomes a problem.
When I host, I stay sober. I welcome people, make introductions, deal with practical mess, talk to staff when needed and help organise the end of the night. No macho “protector” act. No fake guarantee that nothing can ever go wrong.
My other world is websites, tools and automation. I'm not here to turn your night into a tech demo — it just means I'm used to planning, solving problems and finding a workaround when reality ignores the plan.
I've met and worked with people from all over the world. I don't expect anyone to fit one idea of “normal”. Different cultures, identities, lifestyles and ways of seeing life are welcome. Curiosity first, labels later.
I speak Polish and English. Don't speak either? That's not a deal-breaker. We'll find a way — gestures, translation apps, context, patience and probably a laugh or two. I like to think words are maybe 30% of communication anyway.
The first editions are pilots. I could fill this space with five suspiciously perfect testimonials, stock photos and “trusted by” logos. I won't.
Real event photos and real feedback can live here after real people have actually shown up. Until then, judge the idea by the promise: small group, clear plan, sober host, no pressure and a human being you can contact.
One person, a couple or your own small group. Tell me the mood you want. I prepare the route, meet you, stay sober, help with communication and adapt when the night changes shape.
Group nights start with a proposed limit of eight people. Private nights are for one person, couples or small closed groups.
No forced shots, drinking games or weird pressure. Social doesn't mean drunk.
So I can actually notice what's happening, talk to staff and make useful decisions if plans need to change.
You know the planned start, finish and what's included before you pay. “We'll see at 4 AM” is not a service description.
Change the place, involve venue staff, move the group away from a problem or call appropriate help when the situation requires it.
You don't need a perfect plan. “I'm in Wrocław Friday, alone, don't want a club full of teenagers” is already useful information.
In the live version this is where the enquiry will be sent and the real confirmation will appear. For now, the prototype keeps everything on your device.
No brochure language. Just the stuff I'd want to know before meeting a stranger from the internet in another city.
Yes. That's one of the main reasons the group nights exist. I meet people individually and help make the first introductions, so you don't have to break into an already-formed group by yourself.
No. Some nights stay in one place, some include an activity, and Wrocław Night Out uses two venues. The goal is a small hosted evening, not moving a crowd through as many bars as possible.
No. Alcohol is optional. I stay sober while hosting. Food and drinks are normally paid separately unless a specific event page says otherwise.
I speak Polish and English, and English is usually the common language for mixed groups. If you don't speak either — don't panic. We'll find a way with context, gestures, a translation app and a bit of patience. I like to think words are maybe 30% of communication anyway.
I can help check the destination, organise a taxi or ride and make the end of the night less chaotic. It isn't a promise of unlimited escort or personal-security service.
You send the date, group size and rough idea. We agree the time, scope, price and what's separate before confirming anything. The enquiry itself is not a booking.
